Each language’s official institute teaches it in Indian cities and holds its exams: the British Council (IELTS), the Goethe-Institut (Max Mueller Bhavan), the Japan Foundation (JLPT), the Alliance Française (DELF and DALF) and the Instituto Cervantes (DELE).
