Start with an Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) from the DGFT, then register with your product’s Export Promotion Council for a Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC), which you need to claim benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy, such as RoDTEP. ECGC insures you against a buyer who does not pay, and EXIM Bank finances exports. The market-data sites below show tariffs and demand in the country you are selling to.
